Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
We follow internationally recognized standards for cancellations and refunds to ensure fairness for both
customers and service providers.
- Free Cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled service — receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service — receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or in case of No-shows —
Non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund

- Please provide your Booking ID and the reason for the cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
