Advance Payment.

An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking, especially for long-distance or multi-day tours. The advance amount and payment method will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

The remaining balance can be paid:

Once we receive your booking details and advance payment (if applicable), you will receive a formal confirmation via WhatsApp or email, including:

Cancellation 15 days or more before the start date:

• Full refund (excluding any transaction or bank charges).

Cancellation between 8 and 14 days before:

• 50% refund of the total amount.

Cancellation within 7 days of the start date:

• No refund due to prior arrangements made.

10-Day Tours.

Cancellation 20 days or more before the start date:

• Full refund (minus transaction charges).

Cancellation between 10 and 19 days before:

• 50% refund.

Cancellation within 10 days of the start date:

• No refund.

Customized or Long-Duration Tours.

Cancellation 30 days or more before the start date:

• 75% refund (excluding any confirmed third-party services already arranged).

Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before:

• 40% refund, based on arrangements already made.

Cancellation within 14 days:

• No refund due to confirmed logistics.

Postponement Policy.

We are happy to assist with rescheduling when possible.

Early Termination or Incomplete Tour.

If the tour is ended early by the client:

• A partial refund may be considered for unused full days, but this is not guaranteed and depends on the original itinerary and prior costs.

If we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen situations (e.g. extreme weather, illness, unrest):

• A full refund will be offered.
• Alternatively, a rescheduling can be arranged without extra cost.
